Allens Building Services provide a fully rounded range of professional building services, from development of the design to project completion. 

Allens Building Services will arrange a meeting at your convenience after your initial enquiry, to discuss the feasibility and potential of the project. We can advise you on the processes required to get your project underway. If you already have drawings with planning and building regulations in place, we are happy to provide a full specification and fixed price quotation within 10 working days. We also have the capability to provide advice and design amendments if required to achieve your perfect design.

We will work with you making sure your project is perfect.

Once the details have been finalised the price will be fixed and agreed upon. An FMB approved plain English Contract which is clear and unambiguous will be signed by both parties. The contract will state the following; How long the job will takeWhen the work can startWhether the work is covered by an insurance-backed warranty, together with details of any such cover.Payment termsDay work rates if required

Once the project is underway :-Allens will brief you on a regular basis.Should any problems become apparent we will keep you informed as soon as possible.If there are changes to the initial plans or extra costs maybe incurred, these will be confirmed in writing and agreed with you before embarking on these additional changes.Allens Building Services and our employees / associates will at all times treat you and your property with respect and ensure that the working site remains a safe environment

When the work is complete :- We will leave the site clean and tidy and ready for use.Any relevant instructions and guarantees will be handed over to you and you will be properly briefed about any relevant maintenance or operating issues.Should there be any issues that require attention, Allens can arrange a date & time to come and amend these faults
